The Bicycle Plan, also known as the Chico Urban Area Bicycle Plan is a document created by the City Of Chico and the Bicycle Advisory Committee in order to address concerns specific to bicycling within Chico. The document addresses issues such as barriers to bicycle traffic and air quality, existing and planned bicycle facilities including bike paths and bicycle safety education programs, and information on current and potential sources of funding for bicycle related projects.
The Bicycle Plan was adopted by the City Of Chico by City Council action on November 6, 2007.
