Central Chico

Central Chico, as its name implies, is the part of Chico right in the center of town. Generally speaking, it's the part between downtown and East Avenue, although the exact definition of any of the parts of town is difficult to pin down and is open to debate. If it's near Mangrove Avenue, however, it's probably in Central Chico. This part of Chico is home to an area commonly referred to as The Avenues.
