East Avenue is a main roadway in Chico. It runs generally east-west from Highway 32 to where it meets with Manzanita Avenue near Upper Park's entrance at Wildwood Avenue. The road serves as the dividing line between the 95926 and 95973 ZIP Codes. It is also generally seen as the unofficial boundary between North Chico and Central Chico.
