Jack's Family Restaurant is a diner located in downtown Chico. It is open all day and night, and can be quite busy during the early morning hours when the bars close and intoxicated revelers are looking for a bite to eat.

2008-08-14 12:24:12 First of all, Jack's is pretty famous for spotty service for a lot of years now. Second, everybody knows that they never close and are open 24/7/365 (power outages excepted). They are the only food around in the middle of the night. That's why at 3 a.m. I don't call them customers, I call them hostages! If you are starving you have little choice. —GregBard
