North Chico

North Chico could be easily defined as anything north of East Avenue, although that would likely be too generic. The undefined boundary more reasonably lies somewhere between Manzanita Avenue and East Avenue, and unfortunately may never be truly delineated. With Chico's strange off-kilter grid layout, north-south-east-west orientations are often much more difficult to draw than they would otherwise be in other towns. North Chico includes Aspen Glen, Doe Mill and Cussick Area Neighborhoods.
